The  ROSA 24 month meeting was held from 21st to 24th November 2008 in Nakuru, Kenia.

The 24 month ROSA meeting and project team workshop took place in Nakuru, Kenya from 21^st to the 24^th of November 2008. 45 participants from the African and European ROSA team attended this intense and successful meeting.

Opening speech was hold by Mr. Raphael M. Gacheiya - Local ROSA coordinator in Nakuru and team leader Mr. Kiarie (from the Municipal Council of Nakuru) and the town Mayor of Nakuru. For the first time a small internal ROSA conference in terms of a "research day" was performed. ROSA Students and ROSA researchers from all ROSA research topics ("Financing sanitation", "Operation and maintenance and technologies", "Greywater and WHO guidelines" and "Settlements") had the chance to present their work and papers with following discussion and evaluation.

 Other topics of the meeting have been implementation, research activities and disseminations.
